A JOB CAPABILITY MATCH REPORT (JCMR) is used for selection.Assessment Reports placed in EQIQS SHARED FOLDER for HRBP. One PDF, one Encrypted

HRBP to share Encrypted Report with Line Manager PRIOR to feedback discussion.



LMGR MGR only has access to the Encrypted Report for 10 days/20 Views – whichever comes first.

A Selection Options Matrix (SOM) is also shared with the LMGR prior to the feedback discussion.

Step 3 Feedback Discussion

Manager, Psychologist and HRBP meet and Psychologist explains psychometric results and recommendations

The Selection Options Matrix (SOM) is used during the feedback where both technical ratings and capability (psychometric) ratings are plotted.

Psychologist provides Range of 6 Options based on Assessment for Manager to consider.

Step 4 Sign Off


After reviewing both technical and psychometric ratings manager decides on an option and signs off on the SOM.

HRBP signs off retains a copy and sends one to LMGR and Psychologist

NO Report / Feedback is shared with any Candidates.

Managers MAY NOT RETAIN copies of reports for range of professional and legal reasons

Where a Manager chooses to ignore the Psychologist Recommendations and appoints a person who is either “Not Recommended” or “Recommended with Reservations” the Manager is required to sign an acknowledgement and acceptance of Identified Risks with Reasons for their decision
